Billiou's Knowledge Base

This Knowledge Base is sponsored by Billiou's to give Billiou's employees, dealers and consumers an arena to share information regarding Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Tools, and ATVs. We invite you to participate, asking only that you be honest and sincere, but always polite. Anyone can view Knowledge Base publishings without a password. By using the Knowledge Base, you are agreeing to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Knowledge Base Guidelines

• Please keep your conversations on-topic and posted in the correct section of the Knowledge Base.
• Flaming, harassment, and making obscene comments to other users will not be tolerated and those comments will be immediately deleted and may result in the permanent banishment of that user. While "friendly" debates are a fact of life, if you wouldn't want your mother, spouse, son, or daughter to read it or see it, you shouldn't publish it.
• Always follow obey the rules and let the Billiou's Administrator address any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Remember that if you see someone else violating these Terms and Conditions, it does not mean that you can violate the Terms and Conditions. As your mother probably told you, "Two wrongs don't make a right."

Rules

• Billiou's reserves the right to delete any submission or edit its content for grammatical style.
• Users may not use the Knowledge Base to publish, post, distribute, display, or disseminate any images, graphics, information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, message, communication or other material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, harmful, libelous, indecent, or obscene. In addition, users may not use the Knowledge Base to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate any content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property right of any third party or that encourages conduct that could violate any applicable law.
• By submitting content to the Knowledge Base you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- Billiou's the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform publicly and display publicly such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights, of any nature, that may exist in such content.
• Users must not impersonate any person, including but not limited to, a Billiou's employee, Knowledge Base administrator, guide, host, or volunteer. Also, users must obey all Billiou's Knowledge Base hosts or other Billiou's officials and must not interfere with any action by any Billiou's host or other Billiou's official to redress any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Billiou's reserves the right to terminate any user's password at any time, for any reason or for no reason. In particular, and without limitation, Billiou's may terminate the account of any user who violates any of these Terms and Conditions or of any user who violates the rights of Billiou's, of any other user, or of any third party.

Violations of Terms and Conditions

Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of Billiou's, Billiou's reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts. If Billiou's should fail to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions, you agree that this failure does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Billiou's disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information, material, or Content in the Knowledge Base. Billiou's disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of Knowledge Base messages. Billiou's disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material through the Knowledge Base.

THIS KNOWLEDGE BASE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER.
